Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and appointments may need to be adjusted. To respect the time of our providers and clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee for all services.
CoolSculpting® appointments require additional preparation time and resources; therefore, cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $200 fee.
We do not require deposits to book most appointments; however, a valid credit card must be kept on file to secure your reservation. Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
